Refund policy

Returns within 5 days
You can return a piece within 5 days of delivery. It must be unworn and in its original packaging, with your order number. To start a return, message us on WhatsApp at +91 9319555835 or email mekaandcompany@gmail.com. We pick it up for free. Pieces sent back without asking us first can’t be accepted.

Refunds
Once the piece reaches us and we have checked it, we refund you within 10 business days: to your original payment method, or to your UPI or bank account for cash-on-delivery orders. Your bank may take a few more days to show it. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return, please contact us.

Exchanges
Want a different piece? Return this one within 5 days and place a new order.

6-month guarantee
Our pieces have an anti-tarnish finish. If the colour or plating wears off within 6 months of delivery with normal use, send us photos and your order number on WhatsApp or email. We will exchange it for the same piece, or for one of equal value if it is out of stock.
Shipping: if you tell us within 5 days of delivery, we pay for it. After that, the shipping costs are yours. Please send the piece to RZ-150, Indra Park, Uttam Nagar, New Delhi 110059.
Not covered: pieces that are broken, bent or lost, or damaged in an accident.

Damaged or wrong item
Please check your order when it arrives. If a piece is damaged or is not what you ordered, tell us within 5 days of delivery with photos, and we will replace it at no cost to you.
