For eligible products, request a return within 5 days of delivery. Returns and exchanges are available for eligible products, subject to the product-specific conditions shown on the respective product pages.

Damaged items

Returns for damaged items are free of cost. Meka arranges reverse pickup, and the refund is processed once pickup is completed.

Undamaged items and change-of-mind returns

Eligible undamaged items can also be returned. A return charge of 10% of the returned product price applies.
